Step 1
1- According to the available dates, choose your period by selecting your dates in the "Book" form
2- Indicate the number of persons and specify the number of children under 18 years old for the calculation of the tourist tax
3- If you agree with the price conditions, validate your request
4- Create your account
5- You can complete your request with a personalized message by specifying if you wish particular services.

A summary of your reservation request is sent to your email address with the rental conditions..

The reservation will be confirmed after reception of the transfer of the deposit on the bank account of Chalet Lagertha (SARL My Family Holding).
DURATION OF THE RENTAL
- 1 week in high season (end of year holidays, winter vacations in France)
- 3 days minimum the rest of the year
Arrival / départure
The chalet is available after 4pm on the day of your arrival
- Handing over of the keys by the concierge
- Visit of the chalet
Departure before 10am
- Handing over of the keys to the concierge
- Inventory of fixtures
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
- A tailor-made welcome
- Bath towels, bathrobes and beds made upon arrival
- Private concierge for the organization of your stay
- Cleaning in and out
- Wood for the fireplace
- All the equipment of the chalet (garage, spa, sauna,...) detailed on the site
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
- All the services ordered in addition to the concierge service (catering, travel, rentals...) are to be paid directly to Alpes Conciergerie
- The wine cellar consumption is deducted from the deposit on presentation of the photo of the bottles consumed, validated by the concierge before your departure
PAYMENTS
- 30% upon reservation
- 30% at 30 days of the arrival date
- Balance 15 days before the arrival date
- Deposit : 4000 € payable 15 days before the arrival date and returned after the inventory of fixtures, after deduction of the consumption of the wine cellar
- Payment by bank transfer to the account of Chalet Lagertha (SARL My Family Holding)
- Any payment not made by the due date will cancel the reservation.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- 100% refund in case of cancellation within 60 days from the date of your reservation
- 70% refund in case of cancellation within 30 days from the date of your reservation
- 50% refund if you cancel within 15 days of your reservation date
- No refund if you cancel within 15 days of your reservation date
- No refund in case of early departure

- Maximum capacity 12 persons

- Non-smoking chalet

- No parties or soirées
